Danish India Company provides legal services to emigrants, registered recruiting agents, and new entrepreneurs for grievance redressal, empowering emigrants with legal support through dedicated assistance and expert guidance in collaboration with state and international legal experts.

This Law Firm addresses issues faced by male and female emigrants, including health problems, inadequate medical care, receiving lower salaries, being overworked, non-payment of salaries by employers, and preventing the exploitation of female workers by employers. These grievances are resolved through policies and with the support of employers and the embassies of the respective countries.

If a worker passes away while working abroad, our firm, in cooperation with the employer, the government of the country, and the Indian embassy, arranges for the burial of the emigrant in that country with the consent of the dependents or family. If the family or dependents do not consent to the burial in that country, we assist in arranging for the return of the emigrant’s body to India, working with the government, the Indian embassy, and the employer in that country.
